You've most likely have heard the concept of Mind, Body, and Spirit, but what does it really mean?
For starters, our mind, body and spirt collectively balances our existence and counts for more than just our thoughts, it is also our physical self and our spirituality.
If there is something negatively affecting us in one of these three areas, it creates chaos and disrupts our balance. Most often we don't even know that we are out of balance until it is too late. The warning signs are there but we choose to ignore the symptoms.
To reach our full potential for wellness we need to think of ourselves as an inner connected being...Physically emotionally and spiritually.
When one aspect of the mind, body, and spirit is out of whack, illness may find its way in. By nurturing ourselves and being tuned in to our needs, we create a balance that keeps us well physically and emotionally, which in turn opens our soul spiritually. I would describe it as a circle of events that feed off of each other and simultaneously creates a natural balance in life, of which a lot of us so often crave. ttyl
