What are you grateful for?
Dig deep inside yourself and you will come up with a pretty hefty list.
You slow down the pace of life long enough to look for the blessings, you will find that you have been blessed with abundance.
Life goes by at such a fast pace from one moment and project to the next, making it hard for us to take notice of the things that we appreciate the most in life! We simply get consumed and take life for granted.
Although you may not realize it, you probably have more to be grateful for, than you can quickly attest to. However, If you slow down the pace of life long enough to look for the blessings, you will find that you have been blessed with abundance.
By applying a daily or weekly practice of gratitude and expressing your appreciation, you summons the universe to supply you with an abundant life and protection. Plus, you give it more power by sharing a feeling associated with it, labeling it and calling it out to the universe. It is the law of attraction for it to bring you more wonderful things to be grateful for.

There is a difference between being 'grateful' oppose to using a 'practice of gratitude'. Gratitude is more of a mindset. You can say "thank you, I am grateful", but you can also take it to a higher level with expressing it to the universe and putting a feeling behind it. ttyl
